Daycare description / philosophy

Our combined experience in early childhood care and development allows us to have an in-depth insight in caring for children's cognitive, physical, and social needs.

We model a positive environment for holistic development of each child. Our interest in social justice and cultural issues is promoted in a wholesome enriched environment with diversity a component of JRCC's programming.

Children who fully attend and participate in JRCC's programming will have all the skills necessary to help him/her to be successful in public school to the best of their potential and will set the precedent for quality programming and child development in a preschool setting.

JRCC's vision for staff is to have a core team that loves children, is willing to continue to strive and be an effective teacher and is an excellent team player.
